I’m Bethan, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

I trained to become a hypnotherapist with the renowned training school CPHT (Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training). I am fully qualified, insured and hold an enhanced DBS. I am registered with the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, and the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

My Solution Focused journey actually started when I received SFH myself. After experiencing the life changing effects of the therapy first hand, I knew that I wanted to become a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist myself! Now, I am dedicated to working with clients and helping them to overcome problems, take back control and start moving towards a positive future!
